Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If you have problems with the shopping cart, we recommend disabling any firewall products you may be using (particularly Norton Personal Firewall) and trying again. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept most major credit and debit cards. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are posted. If you don't want to order online, we accept orders via phone, fax, post or e-mail.

Shipping And Handling All orders over £50 come with free fast delivery via Amtrak courier in the UK. Orders under £50 cost £3.50 P&P. We're happy to accept orders from outside the UK or BFPO. Orders over £300 are sent free worldwide, orders under £300 are automatically charged shipping at the checkout.

Delivery Schedule We process your order right away. Most in-stock orders are delivered within 2-3 business days in the UK, worldwide orders do take longer. US orders usually take 5-8 days, please email for other countries. Out-of-stock items can take a few days longer to process, please call or email to check stock if you need a guaranteed shipping date.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You always have the option to cancel your order if you'd rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and we will remove VAT from such orders once placed. If you want to make a BFPO order, please e-mail us for details. Please remember that helmets are zero-rated for VAT, and we do not charge VAT on helmets.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our secure server. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All our products come with a 14 day no-quibble free returns policy. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange to return the goods, and credit your account on receipt of goods. All we ask is that goods are returned as they were received, in the original packaging. We won't charge postage for replacement items, but we aren't able to refund your return postage charges, unless arranged, or if the return is because of an error by Dexdirect We also guarantee all our products for one year against faults in manufacture.
